At SalimPay your privacy and data security are fundamental to us. We are committed to complying with applicable laws including those of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our peer-to-peer transfer app.

This Master Services Agreement (this ‘Agreement’) is made between: (i) SalimPay; and (ii) You the user each a ‘Party’ and together the ‘Parties’.

Data Sharing

Limitation of Liability

SalimPay's responsibilities and liabilities are limited as follows:

Third-Party Services: We use third-party providers such as Lean Technologies and SMS providers to assist in our operations. SalimPay is not liable for any issues related to third-party services. Lean Technologies shall protect End-user Data in accordance with the Data Protection Laws in the jurisdiction where the client receives Lean services as set out in the Lean Privacy Policy available via www.leantech.me.

Data Security Events: SalimPay shall not be liable for Data Security Events as defined in the Lean Technologies agreement subject to the limitations specified therein. Neither Party shall be liable to the other whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty (including strict liability) or Losses otherwise arising out of or in relation to this Agreement whether direct or indirect for any:

  • increased costs or expenses;
  • loss of opportunity, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
  • loss of business;
  • loss of goodwill or reputation; or
  • special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered by that other Party.

Aggregate Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SalimPay's maximum aggregate liability for all claims and losses regardless of the form of action relating to or arising from this Privacy Policy shall not exceed the total amount of billable value of the agreement paid by SalimPay to Lean in the previous twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date upon which the cause of action first arose.

Entire Agreement

This Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you (the user) and SalimPay, superseding any prior discussions or agreements.
